Dedicated to You & Your Journey

Welcome! I am so glad you are here.
Taking the first step of seeking help can be the most difficult. My hope is to offer support, however that looks for you.
Given years of experience in the public school system working as a school psychologist, I brought my combined experience and findings to the private sector. My unique skillset, specializing in women's issues and women with disabilities, executive functioning and ADHD, family systems, trauma and relationship difficulties, life changes and stressors, and therapeutic assessment/diagnosis, makes me an ideal fit for a variety of presenting issues. I employ a holistic approach to gain a deeper understanding of the "how and why" behind a presenting issue.
I approach with openness, empathy, and understanding. Let's connect and chat further!
